Indications
Used for the treatment of various types of corrosive esophagitis, reflux esophagitis, gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer.
Dosage and Administration
lansoprazole for injecton
Usage: Intravenous
Intravenous drip: Usually 30 mg per time for adults, dissolved in 100 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, twice a day, recommended intravenous drip time is 30 minutes, and the course of treatment should not exceed 7 days.Once the patient is able to take oral medications, they should be switched to the oral formulation of lansoprazole.
Precautions & Warning:
1. The following patients should use the drug with caution:
(1) Patients with a history of drug allergy.
(2) Patients with liver damage (due to delayed metabolism and excretion of this drug).
2. This product can mask the symptoms of digestive tract tumors and should be used only after the malignant tumor has been removed.
3. Closely observe the condition during treatment with this product and use other treatments when the treatment is ineffective.
4. There is currently no experience of using this product for more than 7 days.
5. Omeprazole, a similar proton pump inhibitor, has been reported to cause visual impairment abroad, but this product is still unclear.
6. Use in pregnant and lactating women:
(1) It has been reported that in animal experiments, the plasma concentration of the drug in the fetus is higher than that in the mother. Therefore, for pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, it can only be used when the benefits of treatment outweigh the risks.
(2) Animal experiments have shown that lansoprazole is distributed in breast milk. Therefore, it is best for lactating women to avoid using the drug. If it must be used, breastfeeding should be avoided.
8. Use in children: The safety of the drug for children has not been established (there is very little clinical experience in children).
9. Use in the elderly: Generally speaking, the gastric acid secretion capacity and other physiological functions of elderly patients will be reduced, so please pay attention during medication.
10. Overdose: It is not clear yet.
Contraindications:
1. Patients who are allergic to lansoprazole or any of the ingredients in the prescription are prohibited from using this product.
2. Patients who are currently using atazanavir sulfate are prohibited from using this product
Adverse Reactions:
1.Leukopenia, mild elevation of transaminases, rash, nausea, headache; abnormal clinical laboratory test values, mainly ALT elevation, AST elevation, LDH elevation, γ-GGT elevation, etc.
2.The following adverse reactions are seen with oral lansoprazole, but may also occur with intravenous injection.
(1) Hemorrhagic allergic reaction (rash all over the body, facial edema, dyspnea, etc.) , even causing shock .
(2) Pancytopenia and agranulocytosis, hemolysis , as well as granulocytopenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia .
(3) Severe liver damage accompanied by jaundice, elevated AST and ALT.
(4) Lyell syndrome, mucocutaneous and Stevens-Johnson syndrome.
(5) Interstitial pneumonia :fever, cough, dyspnea, abnormal lung sounds , etc.
3.For other adverse reactions, the drug should be discontinued when the above adverse reactions occur, and appropriate treatment must be carried out.
